Associate Account Manager

Job description:
Communicates with customers to analyze SNL products, service and customer needs. Establishes training sessions as needed.
Provides education, either by going to meetings or events through telephone consultations for employees in new and existing customers.
All contact information for newly registered users to add their products.
Provides backup support when managers travel account. Help in planning and travel arrangements meeting.
Identifies new sales and add-ons by learning what the customer is and how they use the system.
Works with various departments of SNL to solve customer problems.
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of finance
Excellent communication skills with Accent Neutral
American accent will be given preference
