Job Description

• Command over Data entry ,Inventory control procedures/system
• Making all necessary ledgers and updating them accordingly.
• To generate invoices for sales/ Purchase and to use receipts.
• To undertake monthly banking and production of reports listing private income.
• To draw petty cash and keep a ledger, monitoring income and expenditure.
• Generate Purchase order Invoicing Reports, Check Deposit Reports, etc. from the Accounting Software.
• Dealing with banks for opening of LC guarantee and for loan facility
• Export import complete documentation
• Maintain the data of Export Import Accounts
• Dealing with the logistics agents
• Act as a liaison in between in corporate and field operations like development and legal department.

UAE driving license preferred

Skills Required:

MBA/M. Com from well known university or institute (Majors in Finance/Accounting) 
Experienced in a similar role for 5 years preferably. 
English Communication is a MUST.
