Jobs Description
- Creation and Management of all the accounts opened for the branchless banking.
- Providing backend support to internal and external customers.
- Interact with the customers over the phone for the resolution of the their problem
- Catter the requests of the customer initiated by the different channels.
- Handling operational assignments given to the team within defined TAT.
- Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
- Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements
- Builds constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers and is committed to meeting customer needs in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for maintaining confidential, sensitive information and evidence in contested cases.
- Process formulation based on the most efficient and effective solution to customers queries and issues.
Required Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good listening and problem solving attitude
- MBA in Banking and Finance would be preferred
