Call Center Officer Job in Tameer Microfinance Bank

Jobs Description

  • Creation and Management of all the accounts opened for the branchless banking.
  • Providing backend support to internal and external customers.
  • Interact with the customers over the phone for the resolution of the their problem
  •  Catter the requests of the customer initiated by the different channels.
  • Handling operational assignments given to the team within defined TAT.
  • Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
  •  Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers and is committed to meeting customer needs in a timely and accurate manner
  •  Responsible for maintaining confidential, sensitive information and evidence in contested cases.
  •  Process formulation based on the most efficient and effective solution to customers queries and issues.

 

Required Skills

  1. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  2.  Team player
  3. Good listening and problem solving attitude
  4. MBA in Banking and Finance would be preferred
