To answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and route calls to the appropriate person
To maintain and update telephone directories
To maintain log of calls placed

Required Skills
Must be graduate 1-2 Years relevant experience 
Should be soft-spoken, well-mannered with pleasant personality, 
Possess good communication skills and sound IT skills
